In this role, Waleed increased Dimah’s reach into the North American, United Kingdom and European market and established APEX as the company’s US base. Waleed is a senior real estate investment manager with over 15 years of experience in fund structuring, acquisitions, disposition, leasing and residential development. Waleed invested and managed $500 million in capital for revenue/profit growth through innovative hands-on operating leadership and high-profile property management.
Waleed possess in-depth knowledge and experience in business planning, management and implementation, contributing significantly to bottom-line efficiency and profitability. His previous roles include International Department Head for Al Bilad Real Estate Company and Assistant Vice President for Kuwait Finance House Real Estate Company.
