Mark Margolis, Vice President, Apex Capital Investments Corporation. Mark brings over 7 years of commercial real estate acquisitions, asset management and investment sales experience. Immediately prior to joining Apex, Mark was in an associate role at GoldOller Real Estate Investments, an investment manager based out of Philadelphia with a portfolio of over 16,000 units owned and over 40,000 units managed.
Mark concentrated on multifamily acquisitions for both US institutional and foreign investors as well as portfolio financing. Prior to GoldOller, Mark worked on a Philadelphia-based multifamily investment sales team at Newmark and prior to that was in an acquisition and asset management role for the Los Angeles-based investment management firm, Lowe Enterprises Investors. Education: B.S. in Finance with a minor in Accounting from Clemson University.
