Bryan Tuohy, Controller, Apex Capital Investments Corporation. As Controller, Bryan is responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, tax preparation and treasury services. Prior to Apex, Bryan was Director of Accounting at Rubenstein Partners, a vertically integrated private equity real estate fund manager specializing in value-add, Class-A office with $3 billion of assets under management (AUM). Responsibilities included financial reporting, loan compliance, audit preparation and treasury services.
Previously Bryan held multiple positions at Liberty Property Trust, a publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT). Most notably, Bryan was a key member of Liberty’s development team for the $1.2 billion dollar Comcast Technology Center. Bryan is an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA)in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
